I was worried that with me living in southern California and to sell my mom’s condo in Richmond could be difficult, but Migin Kan’s 24 years experience and professional knowledge in Real estate simply exceed all my expectations, she made it a very smooth and very pleasant transaction.

In May of 2009, I contacted four realtors in Richmond as my beginning stage of selecting an agent; all of them are very well qualified. I soon found out the Power of Attorney my mom had executed in Chinese would not be recognized in Canada, therefore the whole thing was put on hold.

The other three realtors has soon stopped communicating but Ms. Kan has kept in touch with me every now and then, assuring me that whenever I’m ready, she will be there to help me, this made it an easy decision for me to choose Ms. Kan as my Listing agent.
